In my second year at university, we were tasked with creating a business idea and working through all of the marketing points that it would need as we were going to be pitching the complete business plan to a group of professionals in the events industry. I was tasked with creating a logo to be used for our company (a carbon neutral consultation agency for events).
Celebrate Earth Events is a Leeds-based carbon-neutral consultancy agency. We are focused on working with other businesses and events and to collaborate with mass cultural gatherings.

Our business focuses on commemorating the planet and enviroment, the more companies we help become more sustainable, the bigger our impact on the planet will be.
For this piece, I wanted to include lots of nature-esque colors to further associate our company with the wellbeing of the earth.
Whilst I love the look of the logo, I wish I had chosen a different font style or incorporated a drop shadow as opposed to a faux shadow by duplicating the text. I feel it would have created a more minimalist style when used as a transparent image.
